Our Story
Casa Sorella wasn’t created to fit into the fitness world. It was created because there was a void that needed to be filled.
For years I moved through spaces that celebrated strength but left no room for softness. I loved fitness. I loved how it grounded me, transformed me, and made me feel powerful. But I also knew something was missing: a deeper kind of nourishment, a slower rhythm, a sense of home.
Casa Sorella grew out of that gap and from a calling to build a space where women can be both strong and soft, held and challenged, fierce and gentle.
This is not a space that glorifies grit alone. It is a space that honors healing and community that real strength requires.
It is inspired by ritual and rebellion.
Ritual - in the way we show up for ourselves through movement, rest, reflection, and care.
Rebellion - in the choice to push against a culture obsessed with burnout, perfection, and performance, and refusing to accept the narrow roles given to women. Here is where we step into a wider truth.
Casa Sorella is not a traditional gym. It is not a place that promises quick fixes or constant hustle. It is a home. A community. A space to land, evolve, and become.
Our Mission
Our mission is to expand access to strength and healing for every woman. Casa Sorella is more than a wellness space — it is a home that restores wholeness in body, in community, and in self-worth. We are reimagining what wellness can be: not a privilege, but a right.
Our Commitments
Sponsored memberships and classes that expand access.
Trauma-informed and mental health support.
Community rituals and workshops rooted in culture and care.
Name & Symbol
Casa Sorella means “Sister House” — a name chosen with intention.
It speaks to the power of women gathering, growing, and supporting each other.
Our logo is built on that meaning:
• The dahlia at the center represents inner strength, dignity, and personal growth — it’s the flower of resilience.
• The surrounding olive branches symbolizes peace, endurance, and feminine wisdom — always cradling and never rigid.
• The arched doorway is both a threshold and a sanctuary — a symbol of home.
Together, these elements are more than just a design — they’re a visual expression of everything Casa Sorella stands for: strength, softness, safety and a space to fully become.
