The Casa Sorella Project

At Casa Sorella, movement is more than a practice — it’s a form of rebuilding. The Casa Sorella Project exists to extend that belief beyond our walls, supporting women as they reclaim their bodies, confidence, and sense of belonging after hardship. Every class, conversation, and contribution fuels programs that restore stability, connection, and hope.

Where strength becomes service

The Casa Sorella Project exists to extend what we practice here — movement, healing, and connection — to women rebuilding their lives.

Our Mission

At Casa Sorella, we believe movement can restore more than muscle — it can rebuild identity, belonging, and purpose. The Casa Sorella Project provides wellness, education, and community to women navigating recovery, transition, or trauma.

Our Impact

  • We make strength accessible.

Casa Sorella provides free and low-cost wellness programs for women rebuilding after trauma, loss, or transition.

  • We create safe spaces for healing.

Through movement, mentorship, and community support, we offer environments where women can rebuild trust in their bodies and themselves.

  • We rebuild confidence through movement.

Our programs help women reconnect with discipline, routine, and purpose — tools that extend far beyond fitness.

  • We invest in women’s futures.

The Casa Sorella Project offers small grants and educational opportunities that empower women to pursue independence and stability.

  • We nurture community.

Through circles, workshops, and shared experiences, we cultivate belonging and sisterhood — no one rises alone.

  • We break cycles through empowerment.

By addressing the physical, emotional, and social layers of healing, Casa Sorella helps women move from surviving to thriving.

  • We’re currently building the structure, partnerships, and funding pathways. The Project will open its first round of support once donations are live and our application process is ready. Updates will be shared through our website and newsletter as we move closer to launch.

  • The Casa Sorella Project is designed to support women who have already moved through the hardest parts of their journey and are now focusing on rebuilding their lives. Many recipients will be connected to partner organizations or community programs that have helped them leave unsafe or challenging situations.

Our goal is to serve women who are in a stable place, ready to focus on strength, healing, and long-term growth. Through both partnerships and an application process for individual applicants, we offer access to memberships and programs that remove financial barriers and create space for continued empowerment. As we grow, we’ll continue developing a thoughtful referral and review system that ensures support reaches those who will benefit most.
