Every coaching relationship is tailored to the individual, but all clients receive:

What You Receive

  • Receive a training program built specifically for your goals, experience level, lifestyle, and available equipment. Your plan is designed to evolve with you as you progress.

  • Every exercise includes video demonstrations so you can train with confidence. You’ll also have the opportunity to submit form videos and receive coaching, feedback, and movement guidance along the way.

  • Each week we’ll review your progress, celebrate wins, address challenges, and make adjustments as needed. Coaching is designed to provide support, structure, and accountability without perfectionism.

  • Questions come up between workouts, and you don’t have to navigate them alone. You’ll have direct access for coaching support, exercise questions, and guidance throughout your journey.

  • As your goals, strength, and confidence grow, your program will grow with you. Training is continually adjusted to meet your needs and keep you moving forward.

  • My goal isn’t just to give you a workout plan. It’s to help you better understand your body, build confidence in the gym, and develop the skills to train with greater autonomy over time.
