Casa Sorella means “House of Sisters,” a name rooted in the relationships that shaped me and the values they taught me. This is a reflection on sisterhood, belonging, and the kind of spaces we create when love and support come first.

This is a reflection on a season when food became comfort, control, and distraction, and the moment I realized it couldn’t carry what I was asking it to. A story about loneliness, nourishment, and learning how to care for myself differently.
